It appears that the link to the Weston A Price Foundation wasn't working. I have fixed it, so now you should be able to go to their website to read further articles.

Wonderful Vicki! It is amazing re-reading books. Every time you read you are at a different point in awareness, so there is always more unveiled.

I found my book on Kundalini Yoga this past weekend. It was written by Shakta Kaur Khalsa. I am rereading it again. Learning more new things. See you soon.

This discussion can be taken to many levels. The most important thing is to practice non-judgement. Everyone is doing what they can and what they know is best. Everyone is in a different path and whatever assumptions we can come up with about how other are living their lives, we will undoubtedly be wrong. When we judge we are using low vibrational frequencies and our effect on others will be of negativity. When we lead by the example of our own awareness we raise not only our frequency, but also that of the group consciousness and will affect everyone.

“If you judge people, you have no time to love them.”

Hey Siri Deva Kaur,
Maybe a little off topic, however, After turning down a hamburger and explaining their vegetarianism, many vegetarians are asked, "So do you wear leather?" This is a valid question. Many vegetarians often ask themselves, "How can I continue to wear leather if I am refusing to eat animals?" There are several solutions to this problem. Many vegetarians decide to give up leather, just like they gave up meat.
Keep up the good work

Thank you for the feedback. You could use vegetable oil or sunflower oil or any other neutral flavored oil in place of canola. Or use 1/2 cup of vegan butter in its place.
